In partnership with IUCN, FIT Insights implemented a community-based market development project in Otuke District to support shea farmers. The initiative focused on building sustainable market linkages, cooperative structures, and capacity for value addition. Through training and organizational development, local communities—especially 382 women—were empowered to access better markets and improve household incomes.
