Kampala, Uganda – May 14, 2025 – FIT Insights Limited has successfully concluded its independent assessment of the Uganda Electoral Commission’s (EC) recruitment process for District Election Officers. This evaluation, conducted in alignment with the EC’s strategic roadmap for the 2025/2026 General Elections, underscores the Commission’s commitment to transparent and merit-based recruitment practices

Over the past two months, FIT Insights collaborated closely with the EC to facilitate a comprehensive recruitment process. This included the management of application submissions, coordination of interviews, and verification of candidate credentials. The initiative attracted a diverse pool of applicants from across Uganda, reflecting the nation’s rich human resource potential.

The final assessment report is scheduled for submission to the EC by May 19, 2025. Following this, successful candidates will receive official communication regarding their appointments.
