Ellodoctor Foundation Limited is FIT Insights Group’s investment in digital health. Working nationwide through licensed healthcare providers and accredited facilities, it replaces fragmented care — long queues, lost records, missed follow-ups — with one coordinated, technology-enabled system. Services do not require health insurance and are open to international visitors in Uganda.

Health and accident cover for learners aged 3 to 25 — at school, at home and in the holidays.
Elloshield connects your school sick bay to Ellodoctor clinicians online and to partner hospitals and clinics. When a child falls sick or gets hurt, help arrives fast — and Ellodoctor pays the provider, within the cover limits.

Elloshield is offered by Ellodoctor Foundation Ltd. Insurance benefits are provided by a licensed insurer and cover accidents only; illness is supported through online consultations and referral, not insured. Limits, waiting periods and exclusions apply — ask for the full terms.
- Enrol through the school. One record keeps your child’s health history safe.
- Your child falls sick or gets hurt. The sick bay, or you at home, reaches an Ellodoctor clinician online.
- Referral. Ellodoctor refers them to a partner clinic or hospital, wherever they are.
- Ellodoctor pays the provider within the cover limits; anything above a limit is a parent top-up.
- Ask your school for the Elloshield consent form, or call us.
- Pay UGX 252,000 for the year, or the first of 3 instalments of UGX 88,200.
- Cover starts once payment is confirmed.

People over 45 in high-responsibility roles face elevated risk of hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer and stress-related disorders — often diagnosed late because of demanding schedules. The programme protects leadership capacity, productivity and longevity through executive screening with predictive diagnostics, a dedicated medical concierge and care manager, continuous monitoring, discreet 24/7 telemedicine and priority access, home-based and elderly care, 24/7 emergency response, an optional Medical Contingency Fund, and wellness, mental-health and longevity support.

Total annual cost includes the annual Enrollment Fee (UGX 1,200,000) and Professional Access Fee (UGX 650,000); initial executive health profiling is included. Higher tiers add advanced imaging, echocardiogram, stress tests, CT/MRI, a dedicated care manager, home doctor visits and international referrals.

Ellodoctor trains school health teams to manage emergencies, injuries and common illnesses in the school sick bay, and to use digital records and structured referrals — including sessions on Uganda’s Malaria Elimination Strategic Plan 2026–2030.
